TKD Hub is a mobile app designed to help Taekwondo athletes, parents, coaches, and enthusiasts discover and follow events across multiple platforms.

TKD Hub aims to minimize data collection and be transparent about how it works.

2. How TKD Hub Works

TKD Hub is a read-only event browser. It reads publicly available event information from third-party Taekwondo platforms and presents a simple overview so you don't need to check multiple websites.

Each event links to the original platform for full details and any event-related actions.

Some event screens may include participant lists (for example, names, club, and country) as published by the source platform. TKD Hub fetches this information only when you open an event's details.

To keep the app fast and reduce repeated requests to source platforms, the TKD Hub backend may use a short-lived in-memory cache (typically minutes) for event lists and event details. This cache is temporary and is not a permanent data storage (database).

3. Data We Collect

TKD Hub does not require an account and does not collect or store personal information about you as a user (such as name, email, or phone number) as part of normal app usage.

TKD Hub does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or crash-reporting tools that collect data about your usage.

4. Data Stored on Your Device

To provide core app features, TKD Hub stores certain data locally on your device, such as:

• Favorites
• App preferences (for example, theme and language)
• Notification settings

This locally stored data is not transmitted to our servers or sold to third parties.

5. What We Do Not Do

TKD Hub does not:

• Manage events, registrations, participants, or event operations
• Host or republish event data as an alternative source of truth
• Build a searchable database of athletes or participant lists

6. Third-Party Platforms and Links

TKD Hub links to third-party platforms that publish the original event information. Their sites and services have their own privacy practices and terms.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You control device-stored data. You can remove it by clearing the app's storage (where supported) or uninstalling the app.

8. Children

TKD Hub is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app is designed to be used by parents, coaches, and adult athletes.

9. GDPR

TKD Hub is operated from Sweden. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any data related to you.
